We accomplish this through years of accumulated system design experience coupled with the latest pneumatic innovations available. Our Back-Flo (patent pending) cyclone receiver is often copied but has never been duplicated in its performance. REYCO is proud to have Negative Pneumatic systems successfully transporting processed vegetables, fresh cranberries, dry pastas, granulated potatoes, cereals, dehydrated vegetables, and dozens of other related products around the world.

REYCO Positive Pneumatic systems are most commonly found removing unwanted waste from food plants. Indeed, virtually every fresh-cut fruit and vegetable plant in North America relies on a REYCO system to get cabbage leaves, onion tops & tails, carrot tops, pineapple cores, melon rinds, and similar undesirables from the trim line to the waste truck. We do this safely and efficiently in a cleanable system without the use of water as a carrying medium. Reduced water use is an important issue as water cleanliness, chemical requirements, and access/use rights have become industry hot buttons in recent years.

REYCO manufactures a wide variety of accessories and related components to supplement new and existing pneumatic systems. These include the REYCO size reducer, designed to shred difficult waste pieces such as melon rinds, pineapple cores, and whole heads of cabbage. REYCO also manufactures custom stainless steel sound enclosures to reduce in-plant noise levels, and selected length bin levelers which fit above waste bins or trucks to evenly distribute the waste material throughout.
